In Allah’s sight, the second highest major sin that is committed, is the killing of an innocent human being. In Islam, a religion of peace and mercy, terrorism is not permitted or tolerated by the Almighty God, Allah. Islam condemns and rejects those affiliated with unlawful acts of terrorism and inhumanity. Their actions do not justify the teachings of the Quran. In turn, Allah declines them the right to preach islam In the Quran, Allah says,
“whoever kills a person, except as a punishment for murder or mischief in the land, it will be written in his book of deeds as if he had killed all the human beings on the surface of the Earth and whoever will save a life shall be regarded as if he gave life to all the human beings on the surface of the Earth.” 5:32
“There is no compulsion in religion. True guidance has been made clearly distinct from error.” 2:256
Say, “O People of the Scripture, do not exceed limits in your religion beyond the truth and do not follow the inclinations of a people who had gone astray before and misled many and have strayed from the soundness of the way.” 5:77
“Indeed, We sent down to you (O Muhammad) the Book (this Quran) for the people in truth. So whoever is guided – it is for [the benefit of] his soul; and whoever goes astray only goes astray to its detriment. And you (O Muhammad) are not a manager over them.” 39:41
