Committing Murder

On account of that incident, We ordained for the Children of Israel that whoever kills a person, except as a punishment for murder or mischief in the land, it will be written in his book of deeds as if he had killed all the human beings on the surface of the Earth and whoever will save a life shall be regarded as if he gave life to all the human beings on the surface of the Earth. And they who do not call upon another god with Allah and do not slay (kill) the soul, which Allah has forbidden except in the requirements of justice, and (who) do not commit fornication and he who does this shall find a requital of sin; 25:68
Meaning:-
Fornication: sexual intercourse between people not married to each other.
Requital: a retaliation for a wrong
